Dev Maesto agrees to provide the following services as agreed upon in a separate Project Proposal or Invoice:

  • Website Design & Development: Building and maintaining websites via platforms like Wix, WordPress, or custom code.

  • Digital Marketing: SEO, Social Media Management, and Paid Ad campaigns.

  • Content Writing: Professional copywriting and blog creation.

2. Payments and Fees

  • Quotes: All project prices are provided via a formal proposal and are valid for 30 days.

  • Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of [e.g., 50%] is required before work begins.

  • Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon project completion and before the final website/assets are handed over or launched.

  • Late Fees: Dev Maesto reserves the right to suspend services or charge interest for payments delayed by more than [e.g., 7 days] past the due date.

3. Client Responsibilities

For Dev Maesto to meet deadlines, the client agrees to:

  • Provide all necessary text, images, and login credentials in a timely manner.

  • Provide feedback on drafts within [e.g., 3-5] business days.

  • Delayed responses from the client may result in a rescheduled project completion date.

4. Intellectual Property

  • Your Content: You retain ownership of all materials you provide to us (logos, text, etc.).

  • Our Work: Once final payment is received in full, ownership of the final website design or content is transferred to the client.

  • Dev Maesto Rights: We reserve the right to display the completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed.

5. Revisions and Scope Creep

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dev Maesto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of data or profits) arising out of the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangladesh.

9. Changes to Terms
